Today starts my 10 day challange.

(havn't I done one of these before?)

Between 1500-1900 calories.

Exercise every week day.

Weigh-in on October 1st.

I was helping E unload a lawn aerator Saturday and really wrecked my back. It suprised me how heavy it was as soon as it was entirely off the truck and I clenched up so the whole weight of it would not: a) slam on the ground, and b) drag E down, messing up his back. But, oh my back is killing me right now! I'm hoping I just a tweek, like a muscle pull/strain and not something like a blown disk. I swept, mopped and vaccumed this morning and I think it agravated it. I took some ibuprofen to see if it would help. So far, no. I will take it easy for the rest of the day and in the evening if it's still bugging me I'll ice and heat it. I can not have a bad back. I worked for a spine specialist some years back and know how horrible it is to hurt your back. It can disable you for life! Hopefully it will clear up in a couple of days (from my mouth to God's ears!!!).
