Saturday, I didn't keep a good food log. I was at my classes and although I didn't do bad and overeat, I did eat what was there.

Sunday, I was back on track:

Breakfast: Whole wheat toast, peanut butter, banana, 1/2 serving of cottage cheese, 1 c ff milk.

Mid AM: Nuts.

Lunch: Michalina's Chicken, Cheese and Rice, 1 c brussel sprouts, diet cherry vanilla Dr. Pepper (yum).

Mid PM: None.

Dinner: 3 oz ground beef with mushrooms, 1/2 c pasta, asparagus, apple.

Evening: Cinnimon Spice tea.
