Tuesdays Food:

Breakfast: 1/2 oatmeal, 2oz ff milk, splenda.

Mid AM: LA lite bar.

Lunch: Beans and Rice Lean Cuisine, Banana.

Mid PM: LA lite bar.

Dinner: 5 oz chicken breast, 1/2 c broccoli, 1/2 c cauliflour, 1/3 c rice with 1 tsp butter, 6 oz milk.

Evening: nothing

Exercise: Short walk pushing stroller.

Today I feel: OK

Wednesdays Food:

Breakfast: 1 egg, 1 egg white with tomatoe and onion, 1/2 svg of 1% cottage cheese, 1 pc whole wheat toast with 1 tsp butter.

Mid AM: LA lite bar, 1/2 a banana.

Lunch: 3 oz tuna, 1 pc whole wheat bread, 2 oz cheese.

Mid PM: Binge: 1/2 c mac and cheese, 2 oz fried chicken piece (bad, bad girl!).

Dinner: LC meatloaf and mashed potatoes, 1/2 c cauliflower.

Evening: LA lite bar.

Exercise: None.

Today I feel: AM: HUNGRY, PM: grouchy
