Thursdays Food:

Breakfast: 1 pc wheat toast with 1 1/2 tbs peanut butter, 1 sm banana.

Mid AM: LA lite bar.

Lunch: 2 pcs whole wheat toast w tuna, 1 tbs lite mayo, tomato and 1/2 svg 1% cottage cheese.

Mid PM: Nothing.

Dinner: 5 oz roast beef, 1/2 c cooked carrots, 1/2 c peas.

Evening: Apple, blueberry tea.

I felt pretty good, but hungry in the evening. That apple really filled me up!

Since I have been on this program (since Monday) I have lost 6 pounds. Monday my wight was 242.5. This morning I was 236.5.


I'm not fooling myself, I'm sure its 98% water, since you drink water all day long and eat no salt.
