Oh my goodness!!I figured that I didn't really do very good, but holy cow!!
Here's what I had today:
Breakfast: 1 mug of coffee with 1/2 & 1/2 and sugar, sourdough toast w butter and blueberry yogurt.
Lunch: Salad w gobs of ranch dressing, 1 lg pc of gross pizza, 1/2 pop.
Snack: Payday candy bar
Dinner: Philly cheesesteak sandwich, 3 fries, 2 bites of potato salad, 1 small pop.
Cals: 3278 Fat: 49% Carbs: 40% Prot: 10%
Yikes, that's pretty bad, but for now I just need to start getting into the habit of writing everything down.
I know I did even worse yesterday and now I don't want to try to remember to put it into fitday!
I will do better tomorrow. I'm not going to try to force everything at once.
